![]() Papa Roach is something of a punch line these days, but “Blood Brothers” was a necessary track in Pro Skater 2. And sure, it also includes bands that have not aged as well. This is the soundtrack to my high school years, no question. Other standouts include Millencolin’s “No Cigar,” Bad Religion’s “You,” and “Guerrilla Radio” by Rage Against the Machine. ![]() Along with PaRappa the Rapper (“Kick, punch, it’s all in the mind!”) and the confusing-ass first level of Armored Core. It showed up on one of the demo discs that every PS1 player got when they bought the system in the early days. Among the indispensable tracks from the original games is Goldfinger’s “Superman” for many, including myself, this was the song we associated with the first Pro Skater.
